Item is wonderful . Delivery was not as expected. I was told I would receive it on Tuesday then they said it would arrive on Monday and finally arrived on Wednesday.

Nice size.

Cage was a lot larger in person, very sturdy, time consuming and a lot of work to put together…wish the door opening was bigger so a person could get inside easier to clean, also latch hooks to keep door shut/locked could have been better. Good size for 2-3 cats. Overall happy with purchase.

Overall is very nice and good space for the cats! However, if you do not put the zip ties with every plastic piece that connects each metal square cage piece, the cage will fall apart. The plastic pieces that connects each square are not sturdy enough to keep cage together. Plastic pieces pop off and would have fallen apart had I not had zip ties keeping it together.

This cage was a royal pain to put together. Zip tie everything! It will take you several hours to get it together. Once it was finished, the cats loved it. I live near a fairly busy street, and my cats kept sneaking out the door. So now they can be outside and safe

The instructions were some of the worst I have ever seen! It will take a couple of days to put it together by yourself. I am positive there are about a thousand pieces! I'm tired! Hope my Moms cats appreciate it!

it came missing peices

Way to many little parts It going to take forever to put together. Much less take down and put together again when I move to another rv campgrounds. Should say very hard to assemble much less disassemble

It arrived promptly..but it is a hundred sections, with plastic zip tie's. I expected tall sides and bottoms, 4 feet high, 4 feet wide..not tiny puzzle pieces held together by plastic zip tie's. Each piece is 14 inches by 14 inches. I doubt I will ever be able to string them together with the plastic zip tie's. Write it off to not paying attention..order a real cage that comes complete and sturdy

I thought the whole experience could be improved upon. The app told me I could just drop it off at Walmart to return thw item. I drove the thirty minutes and the woman told me they couldn't take it, I would have to get hold of the seller through the app. The seller sent an email saying a label which was attached which it wasn't. I called Fed Ex directly and that employee told me to go to the nearest ship and print store and they could print out a label. I drive another 30 minutes to have the employee there tell me if I don't have a label or QR code she can't accept the package!
