Came flattened in the box. I put it together, and the only issue was ,in the directions the hinge was shown upside down. and you have to be very careful as to which pieces which. Mine were not clearly marked so I caution you on that. Other than that it went together fine, and seems to be fairly sturdy.

I bought this storage to put all my blankets and Idont regret getting it. It literally took me less than 10 minutes to assemble it.

Massive storage capability, durable, easy to put together. Currently out in the patio, put everything I needed in there and still have room to spare.

Nice to hold outside tools, could be a little stronger, the handles on outside for carrying not deep enough to get a good grip for carrying or moving, otherwise a nice box to hide outside tools, or storing outside cushions and toys.

it was easy to assemble, but over 2 months' the hinges started rusting and top stopped closed completely. Unfirtunatly customer service is not answering tomy calls, only voicemail in Chinese language, but no one is call you back and provider warranty as they promised.

It's a great size. Most packages fit. The top is warping on both front corners. Packages are now exposed to weather.

The wrong color cushion was sent. I received a gray one and it should have been black. I contacted the company and sent pictures as they requested and now they are not responding at all. It is not a Walmart issue whereas it is a marketplace item. Buyers beware.

We were pretty disappointed to find out that we received this item that had already been returned by someone else. It had damage (cracked plastic) that indicated a lack of quality in the bench even before the first person received it. I knew it was returned because someone else's return slip was inside a baggie (breastmilk bag). In order to get our money back, we were going to have to repackage everything and it was an incredible hassle once it was out of the banged up cardboard box it came in. Sadly, I cannot recommend this item. We had high hopes as it looks pretty nice and has a good capacity. I wish I had spent a little more money for a better bench, and that whoever was in charge of sending it to me checked to make sure it wasn't previously owned and damaged.
