DEXTRUS Wooden Indoor Dog Crate Furniture with Divider and Drawers, Brown

I just love this kennel was a bit tricky to put together because the holes were off znd the drawers were the worse but got it together and its operational my dogs love it not much room for bigger dogs I have boston terriers and its just enough room to fit a standard size bed pillow in the bottom.

The box was beat up. One small piece of tape held one end together. Please realize this was a package of 35 pounds, give or take. There are two or three directions for assembly that I would rewrite, move or highlight. There is one prominent, visible piece that was glued together and looks bad. Other than that, it's a stylish, heavy, sturdy piece that I would buy again.

The barn doors only open one way, from the left to the right. And the dog on the right can only go out through the door on the right. So the crate needs to be positioned so that the right door can open. Other than that, it is beautiful.

I'm still working on putting it together. I just did a little bit today but it takes two people to get it started or else you're gonna be going through a lot of headaches. I like that every part was listed with the letter or a number including the screws and other items it did have pictures demonstrating where they went. It can be a little bit confusing. My item came in damaged on one corner of the kennel and a corner of a small square piece that I have not got that far yet was broken off other than that I think once I get all put together it's gonna look awesome so far I'm happy with the product just the reason I did not give a five stars is because of a damaged area and a broken piece. The damage could've been done by the courier, but I purchased the items through Walmart and their customer care handled my issues because I could not get a hold of the vendor just to get the pieces that were broken or damage.

Was all excited about this as it's going in a beach house and the circles in the metal look beachy. Was disappointed when what I received was a completely different design in the metal work. The box it came in was destroyed by the shipper so there would be no way to return it. I'm not even sure the one with the circles in the metal work is even atill availabe as the items number on the box matches the one on this item. I've included a photo of what I received. A nice piece of pet furniture just wish it was the design that's advertised and shown.

Nice sturdy kennel but it didn't come with any instructions to put it together so I just guessed on how to put it together and that seemed to work

This item arrived missing hinges. It was beyond difficult to put together and then had several pieces with small defects. when contacting the company for the parts as instructed within the packaging, was told to contact Walmart directly. Walmart refuses to work with the consumer to get the parts and asked to disassemble the entire item and re box it so a refund could be made. it took 1 1/2 hours to get it together due to horrible instructions and now we have to take it a part and box it back up to return. the item weighs over 100lbs. This is not an easy task and all we need are the hinges. Not asking for a whole replacement. Both companies took days to respond. DO NOT PURCHASE.

Why are there no assembly instructions included? Or, at least a link to download a pdf version?
