The contents of the supplement itself I love. But this pill is too big to comfortably swallow. And breaking it into smaller pieces is a lot of work, and creates rough point edges that are also difficult to swallow.

I've never had such an experience, the first time I ordered , it took them ages to send the bottles and then it was never delivered. I complain they sent it again to my friends address and guess what .. just now we opened the parcel they sent one... one bottle while I paid for 6...
