DHP Benson Junior Twin Loft Bed, White

Bought this for my Granddaughter and I cannot rave enough about it. It low enough to avoid the worry of falling off, yet sturdy enough to hold her and the weight of her Barbies!!! This is the cutest little thing and so easy to install! I will be buying this again for the playroom in the basement!

This made my office into a master piece for my youngest daughter. It made organizing super easy with the size and height. I was able to put my daughter clothes in 2 3 tier containers under the bed. This was the biggest blessing ever.

My 7 yr son has had this bed for a couple of months now and we had zero problems with it. It was fairly easy to assemble. The look is exactly as in the picture. Great buy!

I was nervous ordering a bed online and it being cheap wood but we were very impressed with their quality and how sturdy they are especially for that price ! It took an hour to put together, and I appreciate how every piece is labeled with a number or letter, so it's easy to match them with the instructions. No complaints here 🤗

We re-did my sons bedroom for his birthday and decided it was time to transition from the toddler bed to a “big kid bed”. This bed was a great price, and I bought it with the intention of him either storing stuff underneath or using the bottom as a fort area. He loved it! We’ve had it for 7 months now with no issues.

This low loft bed is perfect for my four year old grandson. I paid extra for the assembly so two guys came the day after delivery and had it completed and all set-up within an hour. Now im just waiting for all his bedding and loft bed tent to arrive so we can finish it up.

It looks good but it's not as sturdy as you would want it to be. I can move it around very easy if I push on it. The slats for the mattress are not close enough. The recommended mattress size is 6” but when the child climb up the latter and makes that first step onto the mattress, the mattress slips between the slats.

Honestly disappointed and sad. We were very excited for our daughter's first big girl bed and it has so many defects it was such a disappointment even the packaging for the nails were both opened. It's now a temporary bed for her until I can afford a better one.

My package was missing items/ wrong parts. I wanted a reshipment or my missing items and it wants me to send it back but how am I supposed to repackage this? The package was damaged. Or I have to load up all this wood and take it into a store? This is crazy. Can't get any real help.

Received wrong piece and couldn't assemble. The return process was easy but difficult to get started/ set up because you have to call the 1800 number.
