It would be unfair to say that the product met my expectations because it truly exceeded them. While it might not be fair to call it top-quality, it would also be unjust to label it as a price-performance product. In my opinion, the price is very low compared to the quality of the product. Easy to follow instructions didn't take long to put together. Looks very nice in my living room. Very very comfortable thank you.

This is a nice looking couch and fairly well built. It is suppose to look like a couch and not a Futon bed. It does but the measurements are deceiving. The add says it measures 78" and it does. But not the sleeping area. Each side of the arm rests measure 3 1/2" which means the sleep area when opened for a bed is actually 71" and that is not enough room for a 6' adult. So, I would recommend it with that caveat. (warning).

No instructions but self explanatory to put together. Very comfy if you like a firm couch like i do . I love it

Hard as a rock. More like a bench than a sofa. But it looks nice and I don't mind the firmness. Really easy to put together.

The couch looks good and assembly was not a problem. For sitting, the couch is quite nice, but when sleeping, the hips lie on the hard space between the two pillows, which is rather uncomfortable. For the price it is a good couch though.

The measurements online were incorrect for exactly the width of the arms that I cannot use for this couch but once I got it up inside of my house and went to the trouble to unbox it and find that out I just had to leave the arms off and keep it because I'm an old person and returning it would be way too difficult otherwise it's comfortable but without the arms on the sides it's not as appreciated for me I wish I could return it

It is so uncomfortable!!!! The only plus of this was it was super simple to assemble. It's extremely uncomfortable for sleeping and mildly uncomfortable for sitting. For something that's supposed to have multi uses you'd think there would be more comfort involved. I don't want my guest sleeping on this for weeks…. The color is great. Some legs are plastic which is mildly concerning. Frame is a wood.

I purchased this futon for $178.20 and the price went down to $137.08 two days later. Customer service refused to give a price difference refund.

It was easy to assemble, the the legs that screw in the bottom are not secure and ours is not useless
