Diabetes Portion Plate with divided sections for Healthy Eating and portion control (4 plates)

My husband is pre diabetic and has decided to start eating healthier. We knew we needed to get new plates, as the typical plates are much larger than what they should be. This plate helps with portion control and helps my husband learn how much he should be eating of veggies, protein, and carbs. Its a learning process and this plate is wondedful teaching tool

This plate is a great visual aid and educational tool. When combined with education on the plate method for diabetes, it provides a simple way to meal plan. The only change I would suggest is to modify the wording for vegetables to say "non-starchy vegetables."

The plate works fine I don't put mine I. The dishwasher and I don't eat off of the plate I literally use it to measure and keep track of my portions.. so I couldn't really speak on the longevity of the dish but yet it is an amazing purchase so far thanks
