If you want the most out of your Dial soap you must have soft water. Get a RainSoft water softener, you will love this soap and all thing that are suppose to lather will work perfectly. Love this inexpensive anti-bacterial soap, works great for after being in the pool, hot tub .and Lake water. Lavender smells the best. Fantastic purple color. Skin feels slick and smooth .

My son has complained about smelling odd after using different bodywashes and bar soaps. He asked about using the Dial Antibacterial bar soap. I figured why not try another brand and see what happens. Well, I don't regret my purchase at all. My son's rashes and other skin problems are gone. Not only does he say he smells better, but he feels a lot cleaner.

This soap gives a solid, no-nonsense clean while still feeling a bit softer and more soothing than a standard antibacterial bar 😊. The lavender and jasmine scent is light and calming without being overpowering, which makes it nice for everyday showers or handwashing. It lathers easily and rinses off clean, leaving skin feeling refreshed rather than overly stripped. With the 8-pack, it's also practical for keeping stocked up in multiple bathrooms or just avoiding constant restocking.

I like both the lavender scent and the orange colored bars' scent. I use this bar of soap for majority of my body but not the sensitive areas for good reason, and wash three times on my underarms. I will use a Dove beauty bar afterwards and Dove liquid body wash because I have hyperhidrosis and need to get all that stink off. Also because Dial with dry out my skin badly. It works for the first 8ish hours with deodorant but then I can smell my BO. I would think much stronger clinical strength would work for such a dreadful medical condition. Still, I will continue to use this antibacterial soap.

if you find yourself in a place that may carry lots of germs. this product is perfect to know you smell so Fresh and Clean. best of it all. you Know you are protected

love the scent of this soap, it fills your entire bathroom with the lovely fragrance of lavender when showering. also love the color, a very vibrant purple, lathers very well, and gets the body squeaky clean. a must have during cold and flu season especially, since it's antibacterial. one of my favorite dial soaps, second only to mountain fresh as my top favorite.

Great soap. A nice refreshing scent.It gives your body a sense of smell of fresh lavenders and a calming touch of scent and lathering.. I love it. I Will purchase it again. Great for the price. My family loves it.

The soap performs well but I don't notice a much of a lavender scent. I do notice the bar is very purple and that I can do without. Just because the color is purple doesn't mean it smells like lavender. It does clean my skin after a hard day of work and it lathers well. But I'm a bit turned off by the scent and color. I won't buy this again. I will go back to Dial bars that are white.

I've used other antibacterial bars in combo with a sensitive skin wash OR use heavily fragranced body washes for occasions after using the antibacterial one, but THIS completely stripped and dried my skin out to a point where no moisturizer, cream or lotion could help, and I use Vanicream skin cream immediately upon exiting the shower. my skin was so itchy from the dryness I waned to itch it off, was excruciating honestly and so uncomfortable for DAYSSSS after. Gave rest of the bars to my mother and she seems to like it, so if you don't have dry or sensitive skin you'll prob be fine, the smell is nice
