Evaporative cooler pump.
Pump is performing well. We have very hard water. Wetting the pads well.

Great Pump for swamp cooler
Gets the Job done cools at a wopping 20 or so degrees less than out side temp.

Do yourself a favor... Buy a protection plan!
Pump works good for what it does... Water here in Edgewood NM has a lot of minerals & hardness to it and I find myself replacing these pumps at least once per year during the usable season. Finally purchased a Product Care Plan that covers unexpected repairs with a $0 deductible. For $2.00 it adds 2 years of warranty. For $2.00 it's worth it to me. Even though there's a 12 mo. warranty on the pump, it seems that when you go to REPLACE IT AT WALMART (Not with mfgr, read warranty part of instructions) it seems to be out of stock. Then it becomes longer than 1 yr. by the time it is back in stock & no warranty claim... Forced to buy it elsewhere in order to use A/C effectively. I have 3 pumps now... swap them out when one dies! Now it's covered for 2 yrs. (in addition to orig. warranty??? I don't know) which will make it easier to get service / replacement when needed.
