This is my second Dial cooler controller. The first lasted 15 years. It prevents overcooling from just running the cooler constantly, and saves lots of water in the process. Walmart had...by far...the best price on the replacement unit. Other retailers, in my opinion, are price gouging on this item by about $30! So, thanks to Walmart for speedy delivery and a fair price!!!
