I use Diamond Salt every day in everything I cook. I will never go back. I love the lower sodium content. I wish you could buy in a smaller size. Great product!

Excellent Salt !
I use kosher salt in all my dishes. I think it tastes better. Two brands that I use are Blue Diamond and Morton Kosher Salt. Be sure to note if your recipe calls for one or the other, Blue diamond has about 50% less sodium per measure than Morton Kosher Salt. This can make a significant difference in the taste of a recipe. I think both Blue Diamond and Morton Kosher salt are excellent salts. Just be sure which one your recipe calls for. My only negative comment is that Blue Diamond has a cardboard pouring spout which makes measuring harder.
