Diamond Strike Anywhere Penny Matches 10 Pack 320 Total

I bought these as a less-expensive, more readily-available alternative to the Ohio Blue Tip matches I grew up playing with. They are easy to use. I can ignite one of these with my thumb nail, and the flame burns consistently all the way down. I also like the convenience of multiple smaller boxes instead of the big box. The strike surface on the box seems to hold up well, and the box itself is sturdy.

Very hard to find matches locally. Once these matches could be bought everywhere but, it's safer not to have them access to everyone now. No problem, just buy them here, solved the problem. Fast shipping and reasonable price. recommended.

These are good matches. They light up when struck and burn a good bit. The one issue is the stick is very flimsy and can snap as you're trying to strike it.

I've been using 'strike anywhere' style matches for years, even have a holder and strike for them. These are not reliable. I just did 10 in a row to test, 6 hit first time, 4 didn't even hit on their second time. Will not be repurchasing

I expected the old kitchen matches at 2.9 inches in length. In reality I received the tiny individual size boxes at 1.75 inches in length.

Probably my fault for not REALLY reading the description. I thought these were going to be the long matches much like the original "Ohio Blue Tip" That's what I used for the product search. NOPE. Just regular matches. They are labeled "Strike Anywhere" making me think they were like the Ohio BlueTip. NOPE you can only strike them anywhere on the BOX strike plate. Such a waste of 9 bucks.

The advertisement for this item is very misleading it shows 10/320 , I am convinced that they use this wording to purposely mislead. You don't get 10 boxes of 320 matches you get 10 boxes of 32 matches for a total count of 320. Also unless the law has changed these have to be shipped ORMD and can not be shipped by the USPS and these were.
