Love it
I had to order this twice because the first time it shipped, it didnt come in a shipping box- just the product box with a shipping label on it, and the box was damaged. I tried to see if it was still ok to use, but the part to open and change out bags was wonky- it didn't close great without messing with it. I returned and reordered it, and the next time, it shipped in a shipping box, wasnt damaged, and works great! I have used this same product with my other baby (now 20 months old), and it still works great. We just needed a new one for the new baby.

Easy to read instructions for putting bag in. It was nice to have it completely assembled. I'm very pleased with it.

Great Color
I bought this as a baby shower gift but when the mom saw the soft blue color, she fell in love!! I've had one before back when I had my first son and we loved it! Of course the only color they had to choose from was white back in 2002 lol. But I also bought refills and they were very easy to insert!! Great gift for Mommy to be!
