Until you figure out the proper positioning of these bags, it is a pain. Once I found the alignment of the notch I the bags would snag and rip. I didn't find good instructions for the alignment but after struggling with three cartridges, I finally got it right and these bags really keep the stinky in. So in the end I am enjoying its function.

These were not invented yet when I had children. Never imagined I would have such a thing in common with my first great-grandchild. Such is life. All is good.

Do not buy the generic version of the Diaper Genie Diaper Paui Round Refill!!! The generics do not compare to the real Diaper Genie Refills! The Diaper Genie Brand fits the Diaper Genie pail and the generic does not fit. The Diaper Genie refill will last longer and the plastic is stronger and contains odors better!

i ALWAYS get the Diaper Genie “Clean Laundry” - scented bag refills because none of the other off-brand bag refills A) fit in the Diaper Genie, %26 B) cover up the smell of my little girl's diapers. we have been buying these bag types since she was a newborn, %26 that was over 2.5 years ago. they have been working so so well ever since. i HIGHLY recommend these bag refill types, but! only get the Clean Laundry scented ones — they'll cover up the smell so much better than what you expected.

The clean laundry scent refills really help contain the smell on the diapers. The bags are thicker than the original clearer bags.

Smell is fresh and lasts a long time, I've bought the cheaper no name brand options when these are not in stock but they just don't perform as well as these.

So, I have bought these a few times. It was fairly easy to fit it in the pail and get the blue bag out, but the last couple times, I somehow got the blue bag part messed up and pulled out the wrong end and ended up pulling out the entire thing. The strength is pretty good and keeps the odor down fairly well.

I would like to see non plastic bags used in these diaper cans. Someone makes compostable plastic-like bags. This and other environmentally friendly products should be used.

I just wanted the little smaller ones that fit in my genie these are a little too big, but other than that, I like them

This item was recommended to go with the Diaper Genie that I purchased. They were round refills and after opening the Diaper Genie, it was quite apparent that this unit needed square refills. It might help consumers if the correct refills are recommended for the matching diaper pails.
