This is an esencial product, however its 16 dlls, playtex states the genie is only compatible with these bags and it's not true, you can buy the nursery fresh refills for a bit cheaper.

I thought a diaper genie would be a waste of money, but it turns out it has been a great life saver of my sanity. I definitely recommend for any new mom. It really holds in any smell and so easy to fill and empty.

Tried a couple generic ones and they're definitely not the same. These always work and I never have an issue with the bag (like I did with generic ones). Will always buy these from now on.

Best price Ive found on these guys - since you have to buy them (or lord bless you for having the nose who can handle old diaper odor), value is the only thing that drives where I buy them. Havent bought anywhere but Walmart - even the costco price was more.

Tried using a regular plastic grocery bag when I ran out. Definitely glad to have my refills now. They hold more and keep the odor down.

I had used these liners for what seems like forever, then I couldn't find them so I tried another brand. Whatever holds the liners in the refill wasn't nearly strong enough. I tried to pull the excess liner back up, but it wouldn't stay. There was so much waste. I was happy to go back to the Playtex disposable diaper refills. Whew!

I like buying the 3 pack when we can afford it because it is a better price than buying them individually. I think they are too expensive though. I wish there was a better priced bag for the diaper genie because I find as our daughter is getting older we go through more of it because of the larger diapers.

The bags are meant for the trash bins I had to buy because I received the trash bin as a gift and the smell it keeps it in and doesn't stink the area at all UNLESS the diapers is folded and sealed properly and the poop is not all over or coming out the diaper .! It is pricey for not having at least a type of seal and you having to tie the knot on the bag when your done and cut it your self .
