So glad I ordered this item. Perfect little bits for putting in food, like my Candied Carrots. Crystallized ginger, canned or raw carrots, cinnamon, vanilla, and brown sugar. Now I don't have to spend time cutting up large chunks. My family loves it!

Delicious. Super in any granola or trail mix, or alone by itself!

These are extremely good. , and ginger is 1 of hardest treats to find. Not to many stores have them . Plus they are over priced. But these are wonderful and extremely well priced.

Terric addition to tea or just to snack on. Breath freshner if you like ginger.

it has a spicy flavor, not covered with or loaded with sugar. I gave it three stars because this is a non-returnable item and when I was ordering I couldn't find anything indicating it contained sulfur-dioxide. I just received it today and it is on the label. I tasted it before writing this to let you know it does have a wonderful flavor but I will have to throw it away because my family cant do sulfites.

Unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. The ginger tasted quite bitter, which surprised me since I expected a more balanced flavor between sweetness and lime. Additionally, the bag arrived in poor condition, which makes me wonder if the bad taste was due to packaging or storage issues. I'm not sure if this was an isolated case, but in my situation, it did not meet expectations.

i love the size (tiny bits) i place them in my citrus fruits - lemon, lime and oranges for that added tang ginger sweet taste. Need to let them soak for a while. Bits are to tiny to nibble as a snack. Great adding them to hot or cold brew tea.

The name of the product is "DICED" crystalized Ginger, but the product arrives as "Ginger PIECES with lime", which of itself is not even accurate, as the ginger was crushed-pulverized. Please note that the manufacturer's picture is greatly zoomed to exaggerate the size of the pieces (compare size to a dinner fork as I have submitted), and it does not show all of the powder. A person could not snack on the crumbles, as I would have a hard time pinching only one out of the residue. I reviewed their other products, feeling sure they had sent the wrong item, but alas, they have no diced ginger, only sliced, powdered or the crushed/crumbled ("diced") options. Processing and shipping time were as expected (only one day later than promised, but that delay was on USPS.)
