My husband has worn Dickies pants for decades. Good value, wear well, look good. They are NOT dress pants, but serve his (retired) needs well. The material is smooth, though not particularly soft. The size is true (same size he wears for other brands) and the fit is good, especially with the "flex" feature. I have never ironed them, but they look good from the dryer after hanging in the closet for a bit.
My employer provides another brand of work pants that none of us like. I decided to buy these on my own dime and I'm very happy with these pants. The initial order was for 2 pair but after wearing them for several work days, I ordered 3 more. the only thing that could be better is the hip pockets. they are a little smaller than I would like.
If you liked the Dickies 874 original material, You might not be a fan of the new flex material!!! I'm Not. Still a good work pant, but feels more like a slacks material than heavy cotton like before. I liked the original better like EVERY THING else.
They fit well, however, my son didn't like them because they felt "stiff". If you are needing heavy duty work pants, then these are it or going for the jeans feel, this will work. They do feel heavy when walking, but again, they look nice, well be better for work and not casual wear.
the pants claim to flex. the legs dont flex, the hips dont flex, I dont know whats supposed to flex, its tight, its uncomfortable, Most other flexible pants, work. this is on par with amazon's waistbands. the quality of the material feels strong, but, like a wind breaker. it feels rough and unrefined like dickies normally is.
I bought these pants for work. The outside labels said 36X30. Once I got them home and tried them on, they didn't fit at all! The labeled sewn into the pants said 34X32. An American company like Dickes should hire people who can read numbers fluently. I exchanged them for Wranglers since the labels and the sizes on the Wranglers actually matched.
PANTS NEVER RECEIVED ! DRIVER NEVER DELIVERED ! SOME ITEMS FROM WALMART YOU MAG NEVER GET! THEY EITHER KEEP %26 STILL CHARGE YOU OR EITHER DRIVER TAKES ITEMS . EITHER WAY YOU NEVER GET THESE TYPE OF ITEMS! SHOWED IN STOCK %26 CHARGED BUT NEVER RECIEVED
First two pair I ordered online at size 3432 were too small could not get them snapped that's the size I wear turned them in at Walmart Northport bought two pair 3632 and they fall off of me. You're way too big. I don't know what the problem is, but these will be returned also.
The one pair I bought when I removed the size sticker wouldn't completely come off. And resulted in a whole in them before I could wear them. Also the size of these pants were no where close to my normal waste size. I wear normally a 38 relax fit in jeans. These were a 44.
These pants run small. I am a woman and bought a pair for work. A woman's equivalent size is will require you to size up. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to exchange or get a refund for other reasons but if you are a woman, just understand the differences in size.
