Needed last-minute dress pants when our suits didn't arrive in time for important business meetings — these worked well as a replacement. Can't say much for how he felt in them, but he looked very handsome. Dickie's quality speaks for itself at this point.
Dickies are the only way to go if you do any type of psychical/outdoor work. I purchased 2 pairs of Dickies and 2 pairs of another brands work pants at the same time (starts with W). The Dickies are still going strong, no rips, tears, holes, or missing stitching. I cannot say the same for the other brand, one pair literally tore on day one and the other gave out on the 3rd wear. Don't waste your money on other brand work pants, these pay for themselves in the long run.
I am always satisfied with the quality of these pants. I have bought them time and time again. I have bought several different sizes and they all fit as expected. I like these Dickies versus the ones you get from Amazon because they have more loopholes for belts even in the bigger sizes!
If you liked the Dickies 874 original material, You might not be a fan of the new flex material!!! I'm Not. Still a good work pant, but feels more like a slacks material than heavy cotton like before. I liked the original better like EVERY THING else.
My son is a size 32x30 in everything else, including jeans and pants. He needs a 38x30 in these. They run very, very small. The material is a little stiff for the first few uses and washes. They do hold up well. My son is wearing these to his automotive technology class.
I heard these pants were a hardier cheaper alternative to Dickies. Hardier? check. Durable? check. Good looking? check. But these are NOT FLEXIBLE. The waist band does not have a centimeter of give in it. I know my husband is a 36in waist but these pants were several inches away from closing. It's a shame I have to return them because I love the way they look. But husband can't wear 'em and I will not be trying a replacement size.
These pants run small. I am a woman and bought a pair for work. A woman's equivalent size is will require you to size up. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to exchange or get a refund for other reasons but if you are a woman, just understand the differences in size.
The one pair I bought when I removed the size sticker wouldn't completely come off. And resulted in a whole in them before I could wear them. Also the size of these pants were no where close to my normal waste size. I wear normally a 38 relax fit in jeans. These were a 44.
Horrible quality. After arriving late I get these and they're coarse and stiff, I check the tag and they're now more than 60% poly? These used to be my daily uniform, they werent like this before. Returning immediately, Im not working 8 hour kitchen shifts in these.
I placed an order for 2 pair of Dickey's work pants as a Father's Day gift and the order was scheduled to be delivered on the date of purchase. Next the delivery date changed to the day before Father's Day but the only thing received was the gift bags , once again notice was the updated to delivered on Father's Day and it didn't happen. Needless to say I was disappointed and unable to give a gift on Father's Day!
