Very durable pants and it's nice to have a few color choices.
I can attest to the ruggedness of this work pant from my many other purchases. I've tried several companies only to find two months later I'm spending more money replacing my work pants. And not to mention my wife's complaining doing laundry, let's be honest here we just want a work pant that takes a beating and lives up to its claims... Well I've found it.. This is my work pants of choice!!! Great fit, rugged and easy to clean!! Kudos to Dickies and Walmart for a reasonable price!!
I had 2 pairs of Dickies that I purchased 13 years ago . i did not wear them much because I gained weight and then lost enough so they would fit . I started wearing them again , a couple years ago , they fit . Most of my jeans are Wranglers I put them on , they are hard to button and 2 hours later they are falling down . I ordered the same size I bought 13 years ago , they too are hard to button and after 2 hours they are still hugging my waist not falling down . I am completely happy with my purchase
These are the only pants my husband wears for work. He works outdoors and these pants last him a long time. They've lasted through many hot washes, extreme weather, and extreme terrain. My husband likes the relaxed fit, they're comfortable and very easy to move around in. Many pockets to hold his tools or equipment in, including his cell phone. I have to order his size online, since our local store rarely has his size available.
Bought these for my son, who is a welder. The fabric is very durable. Hes said that, multiple times, he's scraped or caught them on something and expected to look down and see a hole, but the pants were still good. More than likely, they've probably protected his legs from the same scrapes, etc too. They run a little big and a little long, but he didnt mind at all. My son is 6ft 5in tall and bought a 32 length, which is perfect with his work boots.
I don't know why I can't find my size in a pair of Wranglers or other jeans. It seems that your covered if you are short and fat or tall and thin but if you are tall and fat your out of luck. These Dickies in 42W 34L are just what I have been looking for.
I got two pairs of these to wear for work at a Walmart automotive section, where carrying tires and car batteries around do a number on regular khakis like most associates wear. Over the two years I've had them, these have turned out very comfortable and durable, although they, like other pants, gradually get little holes in them from tiny splashes of battery acid. I'll be replacing them with more of the same when they wear out. Only complaint is that they can get uncomfortable in hotter temperatures.
Bad review isn't Walmart's fault. Shipping took 10 days. Ordered 34” waist and they're definitely 32”. This isn't the first time they've been way off and the Dickies site has a lot of reviews saying the sizing is all over inconsistent. Too bad because I've had a dozen of these and want to buy a bunch more. Clearly their supplier changed. TLDR probably won't fit when you get them.
the size is not close to what they say they are
The pants that came are not Dickies and came from a 3rd party. So disappointed in Walmart for allowing this to happen. If I wanted 3rd party items I would have ordered from Amazon. Hoping I get my money back. I never knew when ordering from Walmart it would be anyone other than walmart. Pants made in china.
