By cost substituting 28 packs is an unnecessary extreme for 22 L in price and difficulty with use for filling individual glasses in the home not for to go or a party. I would not choose to buy this product because of the added expense if needed or as a must for substitution should only bring 18 pack so that we can choose to spend that extra six dollars where we only spent 4 to 6 to begin with.
