I don't have anything bad to say but what I will say if you want something that actually works this is it. With good exercise and eating right. The weight will come off. You got to get this. The bottle claims that the medium chain triglycerides (MCT) oil will be helpful in dieting. I don't know how that could be. I do know that MCT from coconut oil has an established link to brain health. The capsules are a convenient way to take coconut oil for brain health. I take them as a preventive for dementia.

I bought these because my doctor told me I needed to have some more oils in my body to help aid in digestion. I am moderately active, and I'm always watching what I eat, these do not or have not helped me lose weight. I have been using these for about 8 months to help with digestion alone which I feel that they're good for, because fish oils were not working for me. However I have not seen one pound of weight loss so I personally don't feel that they should be marketed as weight loss. the only way to lose weight is to figure out if you need to go low carb, low fat, low sugar and once you figure that out stick to nutritionally healthy eating plans and moderate exercising

I haven't seen any results, but it's hard to tell with supplements, ya know! Just a warning to anyone tho would like to try these, the pills are HUGE! thank God that they're gel capsules, or there's no way I'd be able to take these!
