Always looking for a good dry salami for “girl lunch or dinner” which is often just a thrown together “char-coochie” plate of nibbles. This was an impulse try/buy. It was a hit. Very tasty! Texture, chew, flavor, saltiness - all spot on. I def recommend. The problem will be whether Walmart will keep stocking it or not for future purchases.
Was well packaged fresh kept. sliced easily..had very good rich meat flavor with right amount of vino 🍷 flavoring. excellent eith club crackers and aby cheese.
Great taste and density! Highly recommended for snacks and dinner sandwiches (needs to be cut thinly). Thank you for selling this kind of super tasty dry salami, Walmart! One of my most favorite! ("Danielle" and "Del Luca" as well).
I'm not much of a meat eater and I definitely don't like salami but my son wanted it and he wanted me to taste it and I actually kind of liked it If I were to eat salami that is what I would buy.
I guess I am picky. But I was open to trying something new for my snack plate. I was disappointed. I didn't finish it all. We ate a few pieces and threw the rest away.
I bought 2 of these and they stink! One is coated in sticky looking white goo. (I used to LOVE this salami) They are close to expiration date so maybe that's why, but this is the 2nd or 3rd time I've gotten this salami and it was spoiled. The smell is very distinct and sour smelling and rotten. Plus...it's noticeably smaller that it used to be, yet costs more. I have to drive all the way back to the store to get my money back for bad salami that I've gotten before that was spoiled. I can't tell it's spoiled in store because it's wrapped in white paper over the plastic. Never again, lesson learned.
This lingers in your mouth the way vomit does. Its hard and fatty at the same time. Very weird texture. Im not driving the distance it takes to return so i hope my chickens find it more pleasurable than i did it i somehow doubt it
When I bought this Product, I thought was regular hard salami, and came very small taste funny and wasn't enough to put on a sandwich. This was like appetizer style, not for sandwich and the taste was not appreciate it
How would I know how it tastes I have ordered it twice and both times Walmart hasn't delivered it!! It's sad they don't honor the products they sell!!
$13.88 is what I paid for two of these. You can't convince me shrinkflation and inflation doesn't exists. These corporate people are laughing at us! I expected them to be bigger for the price!
