I think that is important because it does no good if it is killed off. I have been taking probiotics for about 6 years now, after my first surgery. They are great as a daily supplement, but so important to use if taking an antibiotic. It is important to read the labels because they are not all the same. Some only have millions of live cultures, but this Digestive Advantage has 50 Billion, plus the added benefit of the protective shell. I feel so much better about taking these. Within days of beginning the pack, my bloating was better and I have had less issues with constipation and noisy tummy. Its also the first time a probiotic has helped with my lactose issues. This is a great way to regulate your bowels, and get help with bloating and gas. It keeps you regular and helps with constipation and diarrhea. I no longer am living on anti diarrhea meds, or nausea and vomiting meds. This keeps me in control.

I am happy with this product but I want to know about the Soy this product contains. Is it fermented or unfermented? I looked on the site for the ingredients and can't seem to find them.
