Great price for prebiotics/probiotics and they work as well as the more expensive brands. They definitely help with my gas and bloating, too, as well as with my overall digestive health. I can tell within 2 days if I remove these from my daily vitamin %26 mineral regimen. I highly recommend this brand for every day bowel %26 digestive health.

I was told I have Gastritis%26 GERD. My flare-ups are horrible, I'm constantly nauseous and started taking these 2 times a day. The "magic" pills have done more for me than Pantropazole (that ive been taking for years). I no longer take them and just make sure i have at least 2 boxes of the Digestive Enzymes %26 Activia Probiotic yogurt in the house.

This is one of the best things I have ever taken and now they aren't selling it in the store. I do not want the gummies. I want this product to come back

I used to take Phillips Colon Health but they stopped working as well, so i switched to these. So far as good. Also these are cheaper, so that's a bonus.

Excellent! No uncomfortable stomach side-effects, seems to help me maintain a healthier weigh and sooths my occasional stomach distress. Also, and I can't think of why this would be true, but it seems to reduce overall inflammation/swelling. I'm not as "puffy" a person when I take this regularly and that tones down the pain of my arthritis. Again, I claim no science to this, but that's the effect it has on me and when I don't take it regularly, the puff returns. Just a thought.

It toke about a month to see a difference with my stomach problems but it was worth the wait. Granted I have changed my diet and exercise and I also take acidophilus and citrucel. But I really feel like this combination of things have changed my life.

I liked the product.I tried just using one tablet and couldn't tell a difference. I then started taking 2 tablets as instructed and then I could tell a difference. No gas or bloating. I was disappointed that I didn't get the $5.00 rebate that was offered in the advertising.

I've been struggling with different pre/pro biotics for many years. My Gastroenterologist put me on ‘Align'… it absolutely helped but then it became too high for me. I then went and purchasedd'Walmart' brand and it was great! Then… not available. So I'm praying for this one to help!!

I have diverticulosis from chronic constipation (IBS-C). Fiber didn't do much. Prebiotics and probiotics were too expensive. Saw this at store for a reasonable price. Was pleasantly surprised that it worked so well. Great product for reasonable price. Try it!

I I have been taking this for years. When I consulted a gastroenterologist, I asked her if this supplement could help with my issues, and she was impressed after reading the label. Initially, I took one capsule in the morning and one in the afternoon, but as my condition improved, I was able to reduce it to just one capsule a day. I recommended it to my sister and a friend, and both of them experienced improvements in their gastrointestinal health as well. None of us experienced any side effects. I suggest taking the capsule with room temperature or cold drinks, as I noticed that when I take it with hot tea, the capsule dissolves in my mouth and doesn't seem to work that day. Everyone's experience may differ, but I've noticed less bloating and gastrointestinal distress while using it. If I forget to take it for a few days, my problems tend to return.
