Used a different brand and when I couldn't get it anymore I started using this brand. A lot less expensive. Works the same. I just take one a day. If I didn't I would be in agony. If I ate something that said it contained whey, that would trigger my discomfort. So nice to just take one a day instead of worrying if something had the tiniest bit of lactose in or trying to figure out how many pills to take with the meal I just ate.

Digestive Advantage is by far one of the best lines of probiotics with variations for your specific needs. My special needs twins and my husband all have very particular needs and we use three different ones but we all get our gut needs met! The IBS to the lactose deficiency issues to struggling with too much gas, all of these can be cared for specifically and individually from the various versions at Digestive Advantage! Phenomenal Product!

If you have issues with digesting dairy products then this is the product for you. I have been using it for 15 years and I am able to tolerate many dairy products without having the bloated feeling.

Digestive Advantage - Lactose Defense Formula has changed my life!!! I have been taking Lactose Defense for 15 years. I no longer have to worry about taking a pill every time I eat, I just take 1 pill a day as a maintenance dose and I am good to go.

Amazing daily lactase enzyme for lactose intolerance. Have been using this excellent product for years. Allows for easy digestion of small to medium amounts of lactose without gastrointestinal discomfort.
