This the best one out on the market and the only I use! they taste great! They work like a charm! i started using these when my pharmacist told me to take a probiotic with my antibiotic and used them since. My digestive system seems to be healthy and my immune system seems to be boosted! I even got a bottle of the kids brand for my 3 year old niece because she is always complaining about her tummy hurts!

I have been prescribed to take a daily probiotic and I have found that Schiff's gummies fit the bill.

It took a while for these to work for me. My boyfriend purchased the 60 count bottle for me, I started out with two day and desperate for results I increased the amount to four. After the first bottle was done, I was still feeling almost the same as I did prior to taking the gummies with minimal relief. I still had hope that these would work for me so I then bought the 120 count bottle. It lasted me two months taking two a day and now my stomach issues are basically nonexistent. Will move down a notch to one a day from here on out.

I thought it might not work because of the convenience of taking a probiotic in gummy form. Unfortunately I was right. I'll stick to my Activia. I know THAT works.
