This tool is a must for digging in settled soil. It's heavy enough so that it does the work without me having to force it down and the blade is sharp enough to cut through large roots without too much effort. The only thing that would make it even better would be to have a wider blade. Still, it's a lifesaver for digging.

Does exactly what you need to bust up roots or hard dirt when digging.

Works great - my husband was able to dig a 4 ft hole in a matter of minutes.

Product is great, Shipping free 2 days was great , packaging was not great. Product had broken out end of tube, any paperwork/packing sheet was gone in transit. Product was banged up but not a problem considering its use

This tool, does amazing work. I use it to pry rocks out of the ground, and it's a big help. The only drawback is, it bends WAY too easily. When I insert the bar between two rocks, and put my meager 195lb on the end of the bar - it bends! The bar is a massive hunk of metal, but it has poor heat treatment. There is no way, this big bar should bend that easily. It's a pain, to keep flipping the bar, to bend it back straight. I have friends that have used rock bars for many years, and they have NEVER bent a bar. If not for the bending problem, I would give it 5 stars. I will recommend this bar, for the great work it can do - but it could be much better.
