Compact green segmented display. Easy to read but low brightness (of 3 levels) is too bright for overnight bedside use. 2 layers of static cling "limo dark" window tint over the display on low bright make t OK for our bedside use. It's way over featured for a clock (date, temperature, etc.) and excessively complicated to set with non intuitive setting buttons. There is a complex function setting tree that works - with some interpretation. Yes, I can recommend it, but also suggest looking for a less complicated clock.

The display is very good. What I didn't like is the instructions said to use batteries. If you use batteries, the display keeps turning off and you have it tap it to show the time. Not good for a bedroom clock. The cord that came with it does keep the display on. That worked much better.

Very large letters which is exactly what I wanted. I did need the instructions to set up but it was easy. There are a few design flaws. You have to push a button in the midst of all the other buttons to scroll thru the date and temperature so that button needs to be separate. The dimmest setting is still quite bright ( too bright for my husband). The usb cord is bright white yet the clock is black so it stands out. Once it switches to battery it goes into power saving mode so the digits only stay on for 3 seconds so not great in a power outage if you wake up and want to glance at the clock. But for what I paid it does what I want.

The numbers displayed on the clock are very nice and clear. One thing I don't like is that it's difficult to use. The instructions are unclear.

Very hard for me to set time and date!

It's a nice looking alarm clock, large display and brightness settings. I've had it less than 6 months and the display is messing up, such as the display says the time is 23:85hrs. I selected the 24 hour time display. but not the 85 minutes display.

Could not change the time. I read instructions several times. But still no I gave up trying.

Absolute piece of garbage. Don't get This clock! I can't even begin to explain how bad the instructions are and the inability to even be able to comprehend what they're talking about.

How can you get large numbers when the clock is small? Also how can you plug into electricity without the part of the power cord that plugs into the wall?

The display goes out after a few seconds and does not come back on unless you press any button on the back of the clock. The instructions state that the lighting goes out after 16 seconds, but does not seem to come back on unless you depress one of the 5 buttons on the cack. The instructions also state thet it is voice activated if you are using a "dry battery," however, it does not state what the voice command is or what the voice command does. What is a "dry battery?" It does state in the instructions that the voice command "cannot open the display." There is no address or phone number to ask any questions.
