SIMPLE ENOUGH TO FIGURE OUT AND READ TO MEASURE INGREDIENTS!

I almost did not order this because of the review that stated no instructions came with the item. I took a chance because since our camping trip, I can't find my food scale and I need to measure my food. Put the included batteries in and the unit comes on. The button to the left changes your desired type of weight, the button on the right is the on/off and the tare button. To use the tare button, place your dish on the scale and press the tare button to zero the scale out, then add your food for weight. I left 4 stars because no instructions. Remove the blue plastic coating before use. Shipping took a few days. The price is reasonable.

The kitchen scale is compact and easy to store. The display is clear and easy to read. The directions are lacking. Definitely need to save the box because the instructions are on the box. Simple to operate, though perfect for baking.

Did not come with a user manual. Very annoying. The only instructions were 3 steps printed on the outside of the package and those steps were listed (in incorrect order:. Take step 2 first, then step 1, then step 3. I went to the computer and searched for proper instructions. This should NOT happen. If you sell a product include correct user manual. The scale looks pretty, but I am still annoyed by the incompetence of the seller
