Digital Innovations CleanDr Blu Ray Laser Lens Cleaner

I put the cleaning disc into my blu ray player and did not get any instructions (onscreen or verbal) . But, I heard the brushes working. I then tested a dvd that had previously froze and skipped and it worked fine. So, it appears that it worked. I have p,Syed several blu ray and DVDs since then and they all worked.

You see cleaners for DVD players all the time for sale, and I have bought my fair share of them. However when I searched the internet to find a cleaner for Blu-ray player... The best suggestion was to take it apart and clean the lens!!! Yea right. I knew someone had to make a Blu-ray cleaning disk, and I found this one at Walmart of course. Fantastic is the word that comes to mind. Best money I've spent in a long time. I cleaned both my Blu-ray players LG and Sony with it. Couldn't be happier. Do yourself a favor and buy this to easily maintain your equipment.

I never received it! Just an empty envelope that was stamped in red byUS POSTAL SERVICE RECEIVED WITH OUT CONTENT!!!I still have envelope that still has the seal tape still attached !I can take a screen shot and send it to whomever requires it! I needed that disc cleaner for blu ray!!BW

There was no difference in my Blu-Ray player performance after I used this product. The disc is basically 30 minutes of commercials for Digital Innovations and 15 seconds of what they call cleaning, along with a couple of features I don't want and don't need. Further, the user has no control over the playing of the disc. You will listen to their entire pitch before you can run the “cleaning” feature again. Overall, a totally annoying and totally ineffective product.

The product arrived and it did not look like the picture of the product I had ordered. Not sure if I sent the product I ordered? I opened the product and it seemed to be a product to clean a Blu-Ray lens. I tried the Blu-Ray cleaner and it did nothing to correct the problem of pixels when playing movies. I returned the product to Walmart to find it will be 12 - 25 days before I will a refund. Beware: When purchasing a product look if it is from Walmart or a partner. If it is from a partner Walmart washes their hands from responsibility.
