Ok I bought this to repair the 2nd Minecraft XBOX game that I scratched by accident and it wouldn't play anymore. I was Leary on using it but I figured I couldn't destroy the disc any farther cuz it already wouldn't play. 1st I ran it threw the machine turning and turning the crank and it took a while till it made the full way around the disc 2 times. next we put it in the XBOX and tried to play it and still couldn't read the disc. So 2nd try I went around 3 times more and put it in the XBOX at this point it went into the Minecraft game and went to the title page and stopped working again and couldn't read the disc. So 3rd try was a Charm :-) I put the disc back in and spun it around 4-5 more times (each new attempt I resprayed it with the spray so 3 different sprays) Put it in the XBOX and it has been working ever since and that was a week ago! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This item is great. I have couple small children with lots of unplayable disc. It has made made the disc like new. A couple of them we have had to do a couple times to fix them. But they end up working. It is saving us hundreds of dollars on replacing all our Disney Movies.

Really wowed by this product. I have a lot of friends who have a lot of scratched Xbox 360 Games. I"'m pretty handy so they'd give them to me. recently one of them gave me their old scratched black ops II. It was bad, really bad. Until I used this BAD BOY!!!! I worked EXTREMELY well. I was shocked! It's already paid for itself twice over! Amazing, just Amazing!! Only One thing. On the instructions It said let it spin around 2 times. I spun it 4 times. But I was careful not to get to the data layer of the disc.( for those who don't know there are 3 layers of a disc: label, data, plastic [ the side the laser reads] so if the plastic is scratched it messes up the laser.) I'd commend this to anyone. See you on XBOX LIVE. >:)

Doesn't work as intended. The disc doesn't rotate when turning the handle as instructed. I had to manually turn the disc while turning the handle to smooth out scratches. And, it's much more cheaply made than they were in the past. Yes, it did smooth out the disc I needed it to, but not very well.

most definitely easy to use it on two desks and one of them it helped a little bit one of them has done nothing for it so I don't know if it's going to be worth it or not I guess it'd be all right if that's what you want but it's not the best one in the world but for somebody that got a lot of money I would recommend it

Hi, I ordered for less than 30$ on walmart.ca. And for and unknow reason, I have some custom fees to pay of 44$. I am very disapointed about it. I will probably never order again on walmart.ca and I will surely talk against it.

DO NOT BUY, THIS PROFUCT RUINS YOUR DISCS EVEN MORE AND DOES NOT HELP AT ALL, ALL GOOD REVIEWS ARE LIES. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. FIND A REAL DISC REPAIR SERVICE ONLINE INSTEAD, IT IS WAY CHEAPER AND BETTER.

it didn't work! it actually made things worse!! you'll be better off saving money and getting a professional repair kit scratch machine! they are about 200 to 3400 but it'll save you the headache and you won't regret it!

Tried this on a couple different discs with minor scratches. Now the discs won't play at all! Tried 2 different players and they both say discs in unreadable. I had something like this in the early 2000's that worked great, so I had high hopes for this, but it is terrible! Don't understand how anyone could have good luck with this.

Handle wouldn't stay on, then it destroyed the disc that played but with one hiccup/scratch. This was the only problem, now player states "incompatible disc".
