I really like this frame. I get to see my new grand baby all the time now without having to look at my phone. It wasn’t too difficult to set up. It was the same as setting up a smart phone. The size is not too big and not too small 51/2 X 81/2. The only cons were that it must be plugged in at all times in order for it to work as it is not battery powered. And the volume wasn’t the best. I had to turn it up to the highest level in order to hear the videos I loaded.

This is an excellent product that can be used for personal purposes or as a great gift option. It’s easy to set up and use. The app is user-friendly and allows you to share pictures with friends and family. No more sending pictures; simply share them with anyone who owns the same brand digital frame. Plus, you can share pictures with distant family and friends!

Product works well. I thought it said somewhere on the info page that it had a rechargeable battery so that I would not have to have it plugged in to a wall all the time. I must've misread it. Other than that, it works well and it is easy to upload pictures and videos too.

Trying to set up the app and use of the screen on the frame wasn’t the easiest. Kept giving an error code and ask you to wait for the app to work. After fighting with it for a little bit I finally was able to download a few photos.

This was a Mother's Day gift for my mama and she LOVED IT. She also loved the packaging it came in. She will be using it for her office desk to look at her kids and grandkids while she works :)

I initially got this frame for my family and then bought several more to send to family members. I love the idea of sharing photos or sending little messages to other's frames using the app. It comes in a nice box and neatly packaged. The initial setup is fairly easy, although I encountered the usual hiccups when a lower quality app is the software. The frame itself looks great and I love the picture quality. You can set up a timer so it automatically sleeps at night, and add pictures from multiple devices. The app can be counterintuitive when trying to share photos to someone else's frame. You have to create multiple albums and add the same pictures to them. Also, it gets bounced offline / loses connectivity fairly often. All in all, you get what you pay for and this is a great option for the price!

Uploading is quick, but I did notice some images look oddly cropped when selecting them—though they usually display correctly on the frame. You can adjust menu text size (not captions/time/weather). Sleep mode works as expected, but the frame appears offline while sleeping, so you can’t upload until it’s awake. This is a common picture frame that is basically an Android tablet that plays videos and pictures. Videos up to 60s Using handbrake, I converted hundreds of videos to the 1280x800 resolution of the picture frame I put them on a 32gb micro SD card and it found the videos no issue. I have it next to another frame , and have it playing only videos. It's nice The only downside that cost it a star is that if you use the night time mode, (off) setting, the screen goes black but the blacklight doesn't turn off. I guess it's acting as a night light. It's a small oversight that keeps it from a perfect score.
