This radio for the price a.m. FM and a clock radio just running on some Penn light batteries. The technology is quite impressive. Took a little bit to understand the set up but once the set up was complete added for a handy radio both a.m. FM in short wave.

I have one just like this. It comes in handy for listening to local weather updates other information from all over the world.

Great little radio. I bought it for when the power goes out (often enough where I live). It is small, easily portable, just uses 2 AA batteries, and reception and sound are good.

I liked everything about it

my grandaughter was disappointed in the radio, it was hard for her to find a clear channel to listen to. the price was okay but i guess when something is cheap, the product is also cheap. I bought it for her for Christmas because she picked it out and wanted it.

the item doed not do what i expected

What a joke! It is impossible for me to understand the ratings this radio has received from others. It was able to pick up three AM stations weakly, 1 FM station, and NO short-wave stations! Either the one I received is horribly defective, or the other reviews are fake. I don't know which is correct, but if the factory had any quality-assurance program, my radio should have never left the factory.

the thing doesn't work at all.

The ad showed a cord that would work in a 110 V adapter, it did not come with that. Very disappointed because I do not want to keep on putting batteries in it.
