I bought it to make sure that when something that I paid for was delivered to me that it was the same wight as described on the label, but have found it very useful for other thing such as food preparation and outgoing mail. Easy to operate, slick looking.

I got this to update my current weighing method for mailing out orders. It is well-built, lightweight, easy to use, affordable, and stores away easily! Love it and recommend it for any purpose!

I got the scale not for doing coffee, but to portion out food. The display is very clear and easy to read, and the count up timer is handy for cooking if you are paying attention.

This scale is going to really up my skill at making myself the perfect cup of tea! I love mine super strong and a LARGE cup of it so it's been fun experimenting with this scale. My partner and I make espresso at home every day, but had never thought to weigh our beans/grounds for better accuracy - this is a great way to ensure that you're not wasting expensive beans and get a perfect pull each time. I tested this against my baking scale, and the weights were spot-on. FYI, the protective mat does take away some sensitivity for smaller weights, so I'd use that with the portafilter only (making sure to use the tare feature, of course!).

Having a timer is a nice touch. Four rubber feet keep the unit in place and has a 6.6 lb capacity. The unit does not come with batteries, 3 AAA required.

Smaller display than expected.

Works fine. I do not like the mat that is supposed to cover the top. It just slides and isn't snug. It is really a waste I just don't use it. Wish it was fitted like the one I have before. I personally would not purchase this again due to that.

I will start by saying that I did not like that it required AAA batteries since I mainly carry AA so it took me a while to go get some in order to try the product. But the actual scale itself was really nice. It writes "hello" when you turn the device on. It is easy to use and weighs products well. Perfect for baking. I do like that it has a unique feature unlike some of my other scales in that this product has a built in timer. Very cool. Definitely recommend but wish it used AA batteries.
