Something went wrong with the tonearm after almost a year. We wrote to the seller, and they responded after only a couple of hours and agreed to send a us a replacement of the whole unit. Very impressed by their customer service.
Amazing sound! Worth every penny. Easy to put together, good for first time record player owners.
Easy to set up, BUT you will have to reset the tonearm, re-stripe the wiring, and make sure that the stylus is connected properly. If the sound is bad reset the stylus, make sure the two screws are loose when you reset it. After I reset all is great, nice sound from the speakers. I hope the tonearm lift arm doesn't break, very weak construction. No adjustments to change the sound quality, you get what you get. I will add an amp and new speakers, later.
Pure garbage. Sounds like the music is coming from a tin can. The speed varies so the records sound warped. It's going back.
