I love that I can use these to highlight things I've already written down. I made a color coded chore sheet for my kids to follow and assigned each kid a color. I can move the sticky notes around to the different chores without having to rewrite anything. Very nice.

Exactly what I wanted they are great to allow me to write in books without actually doing it. They also have made reading books more fun as I can mark certain things with certain colors.

The plastic post it's don't take ink very well! Have to use a Sharpie pen
