Inconsistent quality / Poor experience
I ordered the DII Table Runner in two different colors. The Dove Gray one was as expected, and I am very satisfied with it. However, the same product in Black is of lesser quality. i.e. the fabric was more flimsy than expected, the runner emitted bad odor (incense or spicy smell), and I suspect there might be dead insect remnants inside the package. When I tried to wipe down the debris off the runner, it seems like the black dye was not cured properly and now has stained the towel I used to rub of the dirt. It looks like the gray versus the black runner was made and shipped by two different sources, since packaging and labeling was not the same, even though they were delivered at the same time.
