Have had many electric fireplaces this one is the absolute best. Great flames beautiful !!

Simply amazing
The fireplace was installed in a study in order to give us a visual and heating option separate from the main home. This unit exceeded our expectations on both accounts. The affordable cost was a bonus. No reason to not install this fireplace.

Nice fireplace
The aesthetics are great !! It was easy to install. The flame options are good. Heating is less than expected. I expected X based on BTU and room size but it seems to not the heat the room as I thought it would. Maybe it is a perception but it does bother me.

Fireplace works as advertised. Some
Fireplace works as advertised. Some workman ship issues though eg, bracket holding the mirror was bent, some finish blemishes on the outside picture frame. The box was delivered with rips and holes. Would be a good idea to double box or shrink wrap before shipping. Delivery was prompt; only took a few days.

When we receive the electric
When we receive the electric fireplace after installed, then I realize the flames very bad quality doesn't even match the video they have . Even the LED colors only works two colors. I am very disappointed quality of this product and overpriced. If I knew it this much bad quality I will purchase different kind of electric fireplace.
