Just finished the install and adding a stone surround- looks and works great - love all the choices of colors to choose from - the flames look so realistic- highly recommend this fireplace

Great looking fireplace.
Fireplace looks amazing in updated living room. Shipping was relatively prompt. Product arrived safely and was quickly installed by our contractor. Easy to use and effective at heating the space.

The best for the buck
We recently finished our 1000sf basement and the electric fireplace heats the entire space and is so realistic. The price was the cheapest using fireplace direct and the sales people were so helpful in making our selection

Have not received it yet
I received an email that my item was back ordered for a second time, immediately following was an email to rate the product! Kind of tough to do when you haven't received it yet. But they did take the money out of my account as soon as I ordered it mid February.
