This train set is so fun! I will advise you to take your time with the track. It has to be perfectly snapped together or the train will jump the track. Also,!the little red car needs to be up behind the engine. It's too light weight to be on the back like their photo shows. I would buy again and recommend! Just take your time snapping that track!

the train looked great easy to put together steamed everything however it would not stay on track and not as easy to put back on the track without taking it apart so no even though it looks great on the floor around the tree it did not run correctly on the track

This train is supposed to come with a remote but unfortunately there is no remote with it. My 5yr old son is just disappointed with it as his Christmas present which he just unboxed. Returning this tomorrow

I am so extremely disappointed. I set this train up Christmas Eve for my son, only for it not to work. I even went out at 10 to buy all new batteries, just in case. My partner thought it may have been returned. The tracks didn't “fit” together well and some parts were broken. I was so sad that my child didn't get to wake up to a working train on Christmas.

Missing train track, very disappointing

Plain and simple, it does not work. Put it together and put the batteries in and it made a sound of the train (and maybe dinosaurs) but would not go forward or reverse and the locomotive light did not turn on.
