Dinosaurs Sheet Cake

I ordered a cake for my sons birthday and the worker called to inform me she wasn't able to print any edible images so she might have to cancel it. I reached out to other Walmarts and they were unable to help and i didn't have enough time to place an order thru a bakery. She called and text me the following date and came up with a plan to just do the design by hand. I was extremely grateful she went above and beyond to help me. Plus they party goers complicated the cake so wins all around

I liked the presentation. It looked just as advertised %26 was delicious too. I ordered chocolate cake with strawberry filling %26 whipped cream icing. My toddler also got to keep the 2 good size dinosaur decorations %26 add those to his dino collections. I added "Three Rex" cake topper separately from different vendor.

Cake was wonderful, ready on time and as requested. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that it took forever to get someone to help us when we came to pick up. The poor person who did help us was trying to cover the deli counter and the bakery counter all by herself. Get her some backup back there.

This cake was not the cake I originally ordered. The store did not have the kit for the one I wanted and since I ordered online there was no way of knowing. I did receive a call and approved the change but thought it would look more like what I ordered. However, the birthday boy loved this cake. It was beautifully decorated.

Cake taste great. The cake looked nothing like the picture online. The cake I got had an orange dinosaur print with purple and yellow detail. I ordered a blue cake with brown and green detailing. The only color that was available for choosing was color is the writing. Overall the cake taste great but was not what i had ordered

Cake tasted great and we've been ordering from wal mart for several occasions for several years now. But this past time I was extremely disappointed in the way they wrote happy birthday to my son for his bday cake. It was done so sloppy and careless I was even embarrassed to take a picture of it.

Cake was tasty. Picture of what we ordered and what we got was very different. Not sure why. It was for a 1 year old so he didn't realize anything was different. Was to have hand written message but instead a printed style of message. Decorations where very different

The cake tasted great, (and the plastic dinosaur toys were really good), but the lettering we requested was not at all attractive and looked like it had been done by an untrained teenager. We don't get to order cakes like this very often, so that was disappointing.

The cake was visually acceptable. Taste, texture, value was fine as well. What was not fine was that I set the pick up for 10 am. I showed up at 12:30. They said it wasn't ready and needed 45 minutes ( day of my son's party) I had lunch and came back an hour later. Cake still wasn't done. Waiting an additional 20 minutes. The cake I got was acceptable but not the one I paid for. I went to speak to management about the whole situation. Waited a solid 5-7 minutes for the first manager to show up. She came to the customer service area and started playing with a ball in one of the “return” carts to the side before engaging me. I tell her about the issues we faced and then she says nothing looks at me and gets on the phone to call someone else. Syed the manager above her took and additional 10 minutes to get to us and then was the opposite of what customer service should be. They did give us a discount on the cake at the end but the 2 hours spend trying to get a 32$ cake was not worth it. I will not be using this service form the Teterboro Walmart again. The manager literally told us not to order again because we were upset about the situation.

Item was never prepared but marked picked up AFTER I asked why the cake wasn't made on time. Called the store and was put on hold by 3 different people each with an excuse as to why they couldn't walk to the Bakery dept whose phone is broken and find out where my son's birthday cake was. One employee said he didn't have time to walk to the bakery because he was too busy. As long as they kept us on the phone we could have driven to the store and purchased a cake and driven home. Customer service is definitely not a priority here.
