My son is short enough to still need a booster, but wide enough in the hips that a regular one just wasn’t fitting him almost at all. I would 100% recommend this seat to anybody that needs a booster for an older child. I will mention that it is not for a three across situation because of how wide it is. I will include a photo for reference of the seat compared to a Costco sitting on top of it.
My grandson helped me put the seat in and he is only 5 years old. Love the color, since he had wanted a blue seat, loved the fit and the comfort of the seat. He rode in it very well. This is my first time buying him a seat for the car, I have been unable to take him places until now. This made him feel very grown-up and he was happy to have it. I would definitely recommend this seat to anyone!
Got this for my almost 9 year old after they outgrew their belt positioning booster. It is really nice, he says it's comfortable and the seat is wider than another inexpensive booster we own. He loves the cup/snack holders that fold out on either side and I like that it uses latch anchors so it stays in place and doesn't need to be belted in when I'm driving without him.
Best thing about this booster is that it latches on to your vehicle which makes it secure for your child. It sits comfortably on the seat as well and doesn't slope so your child is sitting upright and not slouched in anyway. The cup holders folding in is a nice touch. Very pleased.
This booster is worth the cost. Unfortunately, I was in a pretty severe auto accident and my daughter walked away without a scratch. I highly recommended this booster seat. In fact, I repurchased after the accident, gives the peace of mind that our little safe safe!
I bought this for my 7 year old God son and it’s so comfortable! It has two little cup holder on the side that you can push in if you don’t need them. The best part is that the car seat has two hooks on the back that hook up to the actual back passenger seat and so easy to adjust.
Nice seat that would normally attach very easily but I drive a VW Jetta - this car hasn't been very easy to fit child seats into. So, here's the pros; quick attach points for the LATCH system, built in arm rests, 2!!! fold-in cup holders, and "pink" (my daughter HAD to have pink). Cons: my daughter says the seat portion is too short, and should be longer - this was after the 3rd time she's used it. I expect that she's still in the transition phase of getting used to the drastically different from her last car seat, seat). I wouldn't hesitate to get this seat again, but I likely wouldn't buy a VW Jetta again.
A bit wide for the BMW as it cover access to the seatbelt receiver, we have to do a lot of maneuvering to get the seatbelt latched, which makes it not as secure. Fits perfectly in the SUV though, so it’s a half win. Comfortable for our child to sit in, so not bad overall.
This is a compact seat, good for smaller cars and bigger kids as it’s only about 3” high. Also, we tried it in two cars (sedan and SUV) and it doesn’t seem to stay flat to the back - a tiny gap remains between the booster seat and the back of the seat because of the arm rests. My 8 year old liked it and it seems great if you ever need to take it on a plane (light and small).
It's great and comfortable but way too wide to make snapping the belt in easy. The edge of the seat slightly covers the buckle clasp in my SUV making it super difficult for even an adult to snap it in. It's a feat in gymnastic every time we use it. Unfortunately this makes me regret my purchase.
