The direct wire is perfect. 95% of new cars don't come with the 12 volt jack that you send with the unit. There is no way that I should have to pay $40. 00 extra to get my 360 to function properly. You guys are 10 years behind the times. You need to send the proper wire WITH the unit to avoid this problem.

no mute but a solid option for direct wire
No mute button, yet not priced higher than the one with the mute so not really sure why they chose to send me the one without. It's unfortunate that not all their products are on their website so I could've picked my own. The website only shows like 2-3 different cords but they actually have a number of different lengths available, as well as cigarette lighter plug-ins and direct wire options and apparently there are ones with and ones without the mute button in both categories. I wish all that would've been told to me so I could've made a more informed decision.

Poor customer service
Ordered this wire over three weeks ago still haven't received it. Customer service is horrible they keep blaming usps and I also have no tracking .... Like when do you say it's lost in transit and send the customer a replacement. ??
