They were great ordering more I never know when my back is going to go out. I made a mistake and bought the generic ones at first took them back!

Yesterday I bent over and somehow thru out my back! No cream seemed to work so I went to the store for a product to help me. I came across this back patch with heat and this was a lifesaver! Sitting all day with a heating pad plugged in is not something I have time for! I bought 5 more boxes today after the relief I felt yesterday! 8 hours after wearing the wrap, it was still warm and working! Thank you!

Lower back was hurting quite a bit.... I was sceptical but my daughter bought me one. I used it and within an hour I could move again. Only been using it for a couple hours so can't comment on if it gives 16 hours of relief. Right now I'm just happy about the 2 :)

Checked baggage is the only place I've gotten by with when traveling through airports. Schiphol in Amsterdam took me to a private room for an examination and got a sample of it. Had a sample taken elsewhere and hands tested for gunpowder residue. Explosives expert was called out on me in Kansas City. It was even questionable when still sealed in the pouch in a carry-on. That being said, you just have to allow extra time for the delay. I was always allowed through eventually with it. It is the greatest thing ever to make you comfortable on a long flight.

Love the product and speedy delivery. I just don't understand the packaging, it must cost JET.com a fortune to give free shipping all to have your shipping department put the items in a box that is 4 times that which would be required. Then stuff it full of brown paper (more trees) to make up for the over sized box. Any shareholder in your company, or environmentalist, would appreciate more concise packing to reduce shipping cost and protect the environment. Just a suggestion

My mom has constant pain in knees, one hip, and shoulder. These are helping some, but be careful not to use too long on sensitive skin.

I love all the heat wraps. It is the only one that works for me. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that I would really like to have the adhesive all along the pad or even around the whole outer edge instead of on just the two ends on the neck wraps. I find that when adhering it to myself, I'm stretching and reaching to get the pad where I need it and it feels tight but once in a resting position, it isn't tight at all and the middle, where the heat is, doesn't touch my skin unless I'm lying on it or wearing a tight shirt. I would also like to see a larger pad that would adhere between the shoulder blades.

I have used these in the past and they would get very warm. Now half the time they don't warm up at all and when they do it is nowhere near what they used to do. My husband has been using them recently and finds they don't help much at all. Very disappointing. They used to be so good.
