This product does WORK. We've been trying to get rid of our daughter's head lice and fail every time...it just keeps on coming back. I was going to try the off-brand lice treatment but saw the bad review and decided to go with RID's brand. Make sure you follow the instruction and I would recommend getting RID shampoo with the metal comb--the comb doesn't break like the cheapy plastic one.
I used the hole bottle on my daughter hair killed every single one I just didn't like the comb but it still got the job done
Was effective I used on myself and on kids So highly recommend
This worked well, used as directed.
Still had a few big ones alive after treatments, the only way is using an iron comb (which they have in there kit) everyday for about two weeks, as for the shampoo you might as well use the generic.
If you need something that will kill lice, buy Tea Tree Oil. This not only attacks the nervous system in lice, breaks down the goop that hold the nits to the hair but it doubles as a repellent when put in a water bottle. Rid and nix will not kill lice anymore.
