I have nerve damage and knee dammage so standing i difficult , and my back esp. lower, hurt me 24/7 but the last chapter has a sitting segment and noticed the first time I tried it my lower back was a little looser a little less pain even hours later. This is a G video why is it unrated so you have to be 17 or older to buy. Ordered another one of his dvds should be here in a few days.

THIS IS THE SECOND DVD BY SCOTT COLE WE HAVE BOUGHT. IT IS VERY EASY TO FOLLOW AND REALLY DOES HELP BACK PAIN. I SIT AT A COMPUTER EVERY DAY AND GO HOME WITH BACK AND NECK PAIN EVERY DAY. HAVE ONLY BEEN DOING BACK EXERCISES A FEW WEEKS, BUT I CAN ALREADY FEEL A DIFFERENCE. MY HUSBAND SAYS HIS NECK PAIN IS ALMOST GONE. ENJOY THE GENTLE FLOWING MOVEMENTS. VERY RELAXING.

Easy instructions and can be both easy and challenging. I've never tried Tai Chi but this has me hooked!

I'm so glad that I ordered this dvd as I have a bad back and feet. Before I ordered this, I checked him out on Youtube. At some point, I may purchase another of his videos.

Ok, but not what I expected. I think this DVD would be great for someone that needs to move at a snails pace. As for me, I do have back issues, and really need a video that gives me a great basic stretch within 10-15 minutes. This video is quite lengthy if you do all the moves within one session. However, it does break up each individual move if you want to focus on just one move. Plus, it's an added bonus with the beach scenery in the back and relaxing music.

This DVD is inexpensive yet helpful. It is kind of boring though and the music does not get you going. Nonetheless, I still would recommend this to anyone who likes the no frills DVD that is helpful.
