I loved the colors and brightness of the message board. I didnt like the fact that it was not rechargeable and it only stays illuminated for a short period of time. It should stay lit longer and should be able to recharge ao that We dont have to replace batteries!

Marks on the screen and per reviews all have them. Two markers did not work on day one and had to order new ones from a different company. Gave a two star due to customer service at Walmart which was good or would have been rated a one star!

This product was a hit in my house so my one daughter bought for my other for a birthday gift. It never arrived instead a pack of pens arrived 7 days later then told, yet i was charged full amt. then they were se ding right package and gave us a date for arrival 15 days after it should have arrived now three full weeks after her birthday we contacted the sellers again they gave a bunch of excuses and wanted to try again! We declined asked for refund 10 days later no refund so 5 days past there 3-5 day hold. They told us we have to return the $5 markers to get a refund. You have got to be kidding horrendous customer service christ after first mistake it should have been rushed delivery free of charge to us. But to demand $5 for your mistake in the first place in order to receive a refund of an item you screwed up multiple times you have to be insane. At this point we should get it all rushed for free not nickel and dime because

I recieved the markers for this item on December 5th but I have not recieved the tablet/ easel yet. Last message I got was that it was going to be delivered on December 28th. I would like to know where this item is and when will it be delivered. Thank you

I have no clue what this item looks like or if it works because i have order it twice and only got the markers even after complaining that i only got markers then they sent another one and....yep only got markers so be sure you actually are getting this full item before paying

I received 6 markers. Where's the writing pad? I'm disappointed, especially since I paid $30! This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my autistic son.

This came out of the box brand new and looked used. It was supposed to be a present for a child's birthday. Glad I checked the item before wrapping it

I got this gift for my grandson and his sisters loved it. So I decided to order two… One for each sister. Problem is I still haven't gotten it. Said it was delivered but it wasn't.
