This product has several options to build and create different items that work off of electrical circuits. It does take quite a few batteries. We bought it for our 9 year old grandson (almost 10) and he enjoyed it although he mastered all of them in about 30 minutes. He is extremely exceptional in this type of item so it may take longer for others to figure out.

Perfect for kids who are curious and love to explore. It keeps my children from staying too long on the computer.

It was a gift for my son for Christmas and he will be very happy with it exactly what I was looking for.

My nephew plays with this for hours.

It is a great thing to have when sitting outside and enjoying the sun and playing with them . They can enjoy helping to make it go as well as watching it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] its a very useful and interesting thing to gift to a 7-10 yr old boy. the instructions are easy to follow and the output of the circuits is amazing, kids love when they see they were able to build something that shows action. my 8 yr old loves playing with it. i love this STEM toy and will get more from this line

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my son, since he is into circuit system toys. He enjoyed it and was able to put it together with ease. Some parts had to be put together with a little effort, but overall a good toy we would get again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The base plates give you a good place to lay things out, but since the connections are made with regular wire, its not really necessary. Some of the "actions" are cool when they work. While there are a few different "actions", there isn't much variety when it comes to actual learning. Battery, switch, action, repeat. Good for a 4/5 year old. definitely not advanced enough for its recommended 8+ target age group.

Cheap... pieces are falling apart and it was just opened. It also really needs a storage container because there are many small pieces and the box doesn't have any separate compartments.
