Discovery™ #Mindblown Crystal Aquarium 8-Piece Set - Underwater Crystal Growing Garden, LED Lights, Ages 8 years+

Very cool. We had so much fun with this

It was as it was advertised.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so excited to do this with my 5th grade class. The students are so excited to watch the crystals grow and we are going to observe the data we see. I love the excitement and wonder it brings to children and I think this would be a wonderful gift for a child who loves science.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My niece had so much fun with this growing crystal aquarium! It comes with little different color blocks of what looks like it could be chewing gum. You put them in the aquarium with water and the silicone growing liquid. I'm no chemist so I have no idea what the little blocks are made of but once you put them in water these creepy looking tendrils start growing up off of them towards the surface, then in a few hrs it's done. This was the perfect gift for a budding chemist/ ecologist!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first impression is of a very well made item, with a nice design and good instructions. After reading them, we got all the material and started preparations. It takes the children some patience in order to do everything in order and safely. Good lesson! The colors were bright at the beginning but not so much As time went by. It is a nice activity. The only disappointment was that the light actually took away from the colors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Aquarium is a pretty decent size! It is pretty intricate and needing a lot of care and safety. Make sure you take all the precautions! It does seem like it needs a lot but I can't wait until it's all set up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a super fun activity to do with my 7 yr old and he was super excited! The directions were simple and easy to do. I will say my son found the finished product to be “underwhelming” but after it set for a few days, the shapes formed a little bitter but overall it was okay.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This would be really cool if it turned out looking like the image on the box. Even following the instructions exactly, it turned out really sloppy looking and the crystal's easy break. My son still really enjoyed making it and loves the light. Makes for a cool nightlight in his room. If it wasn't for that, I'd probably trash it.

This product is terrible. Got 2 of them for my girls. What a disappointment. The crystals grow maybe 1-2” and super thin and fragile. The directions have you empty the tank 2 times and just the movement of water is enough to break some of the crystal spindles. Also I've changed the water about 5 times but there is still stuff floating in the water. It is so disgusting. Definitely not anything you want to look at

Never got the item
