Beautiful bed! It took about 2.5 hours to put together, that included unboxing everything. There are 4 total boxes, some fairly heavy. Directions are easy to follow. Needed a drill for a couple screws, otherwise used the included tool. Sturdy and well made.

Purchased the ash daybed for my little one and could not be happier with the product. It goes well with almost any color and it has the perfect amount of storage. It's a great space-saver and cost-saver. Highly recommend as it is especially perfect for sleepovers.

Don't find ash colored furniture much, and it's usually just a sheep facade over some sort of cruddy plastic construction. This bed was all natural wood, and you could really see the attention to detail and quality of the materials. I was skeptical before I bought, and honestly surprised when it arrived. I've been in the home furnishings industry for a number of years and I can genuinely say that this is a solid company. I'm planning on buying the matching dresser soon.

The bed is beautiful and the materials are quality. Perfect for my teen son's room. The instructions are disappointing and lacking as the wood pieces are not labeled and creates a lot of trial and error to figure out. It took 2 capable adults about 5 full hours to put together even using good tools… a bit more than I expected. A piece (bottom board) of a drawer was missing so I waiting on a response from the company to have it shipped so I can mantle and install the last drawer. Had the instructions been better and the piece not missing, I would have rated it a 5.

Bed frame and headboard/bookcase are great, drawers are less than good. I hope they hold up (cheap particle board and crummy screws). I added some of my own screws for the drawers to help sure up. Overall does look good

I love the bed itself but as we were putting together, there were a lot a cracks, scratches, breaks. And stuff was little so was letting it go but the further along we got things were getting worse so I need to contact to see what to do next. But the bed is super cute!!!

I ordered the twin daybed with trundle. It came in five separate boxes. The poorest instructions I have ever seen it just looks like a parts list more or less numbers are not on the parts. This is the most ridiculous assembly and instructions I have ever seen.! that photo is only 1 of 5 package. How are you supposed to assemble with no parts numbers on the parts! I am very upset! I also have mismatch parts in color that don’t look like they have been finished. I really don’t know since there’s no part numbers on them to even know where they go.

If I could give it a zero I would. It was very hard to put together and part of the nails were not there. The wood was scratched. Terrible and not steady.
